You must have a valid passport/travel document.
You must have an employment verification letter or a valid employment
contract.
The work visa request should be directed to Directorate General of Legal
and Consular Affairs, Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The employer should confirm that if the contract terminates, the employee
will be repatriated.
The application fee should be payed.
Additional requirements may be present on case basis.
Dokumenty:
Passport and a copy of the first page. The passport should be valid for at
least 6 months.
Work visa request addressed to the Directorate General of Legal and
Consular Affairs, Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Repatriation commitment letter in which the employer pledges to repatriate
the employee upon terminating the contract.
Employment verification letter.
Proof of application fee.
Application form, filled signed with photos attached.
