Travel document, valid for at least three months after the planned date of
return.
Approval decision from the Civic Service Agency of the association or
foundation.
Statement of the applicant, drafted on plain paper, promising to leave
French territory when the volunteer contract ends.
Volunteer contract concluded between the applicant and the accredited
association or foundation.
A National Criminal History Record Check certificate, not more than 3
months old.
