The corresponding Foreigner Identity Number (NIE): must be processed at the
consular office before starting the application.
Copy of all the pages of the passport, including those that are blank.
Residence authorization application form for self-employment model EX-07 (1
copy), duly completed and signed.
Payment of the fee for requesting temporary residence authorization model
790-052.
Payment of the fee for self-employment authorization request model 790-062.
Documentation accrediting the training and, where appropriate, the legally
required professional qualification for the exercise of the profession that
is planned to be carried out in Spain and, where appropriate, the degree
approved in Spain when it is essential for the exercise of the planned
profession.
Establishment project or activity to be carried out, indicating the planned
investment, its expected return and, if applicable, the jobs expected to be
created.
Documentation accrediting that there is the financial investment necessary
for the implementation of the project, or commitment of sufficient support
from financial institutions or others.
Original passport, national visa application form (2 copies) and 1
photograph.
Clear criminal records in the country last resided for the last 5 years.
Certificate of good health in accordance to OMS list of public threat
illnesses.
All documents must be presented in original and copies.
