Throughout his career, Sandy has been affiliated with some of the most prestigious international law firms and has been a significant contributor to the success of their global practice. He has represented clients in a variety of industries and has consummated transactions in over 40 countries advising governments, sponsors, and financial institutions in connection with a variety of privatization transactions, international public and private debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring. Mr. Hausner is a graduate of the New York University Stern School of Business with a double major in accounting and financing, Brooklyn Law School and the New York University School of Law where he earned a second law degree in the area of taxation.
