contains two blank pages
You need a job offer from an employer in Finland
You need a travel insurance policy for Finland or Schengen area with a
coverage of at least 30.000 EUR to qualify for the entire duration of stay
You should be of good character and health
You need sufficient funds to cover your stay
You must possess the required skill/experience demanded by the job offered
Documents:
A fully completed and signed application form
Copies of valid travel document
A passport photo (size 35x45 mm)
Copies of valid travel Insurance document
Copies of job offer letter from an employer
Character and health certificate (as applicable)
Documents proving the sufficient means of subsistence
Visa fee payment receipt
