You need a passport valid for at least 6 months.
You need a valid Tourism card.
You need a work contract from an employer in Chile.
You need to pay Visa fee.

Visa application form.
2 photocopies of the valid passport.
2 photocopies of the valid Tourism Card.
2 recent color photographs, id size (3x2cm).
An original work contract signed by the employer and the employee in front
of a notary must be submitted, (indicating the Tax Code No) of the company
or Id Card if it is a natural person).
Work contract must have Validity Clause, Trip Clause, Social Security
Clause, Income Tax Clause.
