Certified copy of passport, deadline of validity at least three months
longer from period for which the approval of temporary residence is being
asked for (page with data, inserted exit stamp from border crossing of
state from which an alien enters into BiH, and stamp of entry into BiH
recent date from the date of issuing work permit, visa for long-term,
residence- visa ‘D’) x2.
Copy of form of registration of alien’s stay (only when is being submitted
application for approval of temporary residence).
Copy of last decision on approved temporary residence or stickers of
approval of temporary residence (only when is being submitted application
for extension of temporary residence).
Evidence on secured accommodation in BiH - evidence on possession of real
estate wherein is located apartment or contract on rent of apartment,
statement by landlord where alien has secured accommodation giving consent
for the utilization of apartment with evidence on property or utilization
of apartment.
Medical attestation issued no later than three months indicating that an
alien does not suffer from a disease presenting a threat to public health
in BiH, (original or certified copy).
Attestation of the competent authority in the alien’s country of origin
confirming that no criminal proceedings and penalty for criminal acts have
been imposed against him/her. Such certificated shall not be issued later
than six months prior the date of submitted residence application;
(original or certified copy), (this evidence is not being disseminated for
minors of age up to 14 years).
Evidence that no criminal proceeding is being conducted issued by the
competent court in BiH, not longer than 6 months prior to submitting
application and certificate on no criminal record issued by competent
Ministry of Internal Affairs in BiH, if checks are not disseminated
officially ( evidence is not being disseminate when it is approval of
residence).
Evidence on means for subsistence: - possession of cash in the national or
a foreign convertible currency, possession of cash in the national of
foreign convertible currency: - possession of any forms of non-cash payment
means recognized by the banking system of BiH or means enabling withdrawal
of money in BiH, or a guarantee of a bank from BiH which accepts the
non-cash payment means possessed by the alien; - by invitation letter of
Article 32 (Invitation letter) of this law: - possession of evidence on
paid accommodation or organized trip; - possession of other assets, such
as: immovable property in BiH based on which it is possible to secure the
means of subsistence during his/her stay in BiH, funds arising from direct
foreign investments; manufacturing technical coordination or cooperation,
etc. - it is considered that an alien who has work permit in BiH meets
requirements due to the possession of means for subsistence. - the
existence of means for exit of alien from BiH may be proved by possession
of valid travel ticket for continuation of travel, or for return, as well
when an alien legally possess means of transport.
Evidence on secured health insurance in BiH (insurance policy, copy of
health card, evidence on registration at the Fund of health, evidence on
paid individual or collective travel health insurance, and other evidences).
Evidence on university qualification.
Evidence on working experience in profession at least five years upon
completed university education.
Contract on service or other matching document for conducting works of
highly qualified employee in period of at least one year, and in contract
must be indicated gross salary which is not less than 1,5 average gross
annual salary which is being paid in BiH according to officially published
data by authority competent for statistics in BiH.
