You need sufficient funds to cover stay period in Mozambique.
You should be of good character.

Proof of possession of sufficient funds during the applicant’s stay in

Criminal Record Certificate with validity not exceeding ninety days, issued
by the competent authority of the country of origin or country of residence

Copy of the employment contract authorized by the competent authorities
(e.g. Ministry of Labour).

Proof of payment for visa processing fees.
