Applicant must have at least £2,000,000 investment funds to apply for a
Tier 1 (Investor) visa.
Applicant must be 18 years old or over to apply for this visa.
Applicant must have money of his own, under his control, held in a
regulated financial institution, and which is disposable in the Isle of
Man, amounting to not less than £2 million.
Applicant must have opened an account with an Isle of Man regulated bank
to qualify for the purposes of investing not less than £2 million in the Isle of Man.
Applicant can’t work as a doctor or dentist in training unless he has a
primary degree at bachelors level or above in medicine or dentistry from a
UK institution that holds a Tier 4 sponsor licence or is a UK recognized or
listed body.
Applicant must have clean police record.

Letter from financial institution holding the money, confirming amount of
money, that the institution is regulated by the home regulator and that the
money is transferable to the Isle of Man.
Passports, Identity Card for Foreign Nationals and/or travel documents.
Passports should have two clear pages back to back.
Police registration certificate.
Marriage or civil partnership certificate.
Birth certificate.
Driving licence.
