through your Sponsor. Check link for details.
You must be one of the following: Actors/Actresses, performers, singers,
dancers, professional athletes, etc.
Documents:
Valid passport copy.
Visa application form, completed and signed.
One photograph (2"x 2") attached to application form.
Original "Certificate of Eligibility" from the Ministry of Justice in Japan
and one photocopy.
Residence permit, in case you applying in any other country other than your
home country.
Additional educational and experience documents will be required, in case
applying without the Certificate of Eligibility. Check link for more
