Documents:
Original passport valid for no less than three months after the date of
your planned departure from Azerbaijan.
Holders of travel documents must submit valid permanent resident card.
2 passport sized photos (recent and color).
An invitation from a receiving party should be sent through Consular
Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Document certifying that person has sufficient funds to pay for his/her
expenses related with his/her education and residence in the Republic of
Azerbaijan.
Copy of flight itinerary (if applicable).
Proof of accommodation at Azerbaijan (if applicable).
