You must have a passport valid no less than 18 months from the day the visa
starts
You must be successfully accepted in one of the full time courses of
approved Russian universities/colleges
You must have an invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Russia and the Federal Migration Service of Russia or the university
You must have negative HIV test results, done in the recent 3 months
You must be able to cover your course fees or show a scholarship which
confirms the payment of the tuition fees

Two recently taken passport size photos
Completed Application form
Proof of funds covering the tuition fees or scholarship which states to
cover the tuition fee
