Have enough money to be self-sufficient during their stay in the country: $2000 for main applicant, $1000 for spouse, and $500 per child.
Fill in the appropriate application form and send the documents.
Documents:
Pay slip or employment contract demonstrating enough monthly income per the
law ($2000USD monthly for the main applicant).
Have a valid travel document i.e. passport.
Travel insurance valid for the period of stay in Namibia.
Certified Copy of passport and /or legal status if in Namibia.
For dependents you also need to show Marriage Certificate and Birth
Certificate if applicable.

Copies of qualifications
Original Police Clearance from Country of Origin (translated into English)
Radiological report and medical certificate
