Copy of the sale and purchase agreement of the condominium unit made by the
Applicant and the project owner/company
Copy of certificate of ownership of Apartment in applicant’s name
Evidence showing the incomes in current year e.g. pension
A letter of verification issued from the country of his or her nationality
or residence stating that the applicant has no criminal record may be
