Or, you are eligible by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs following consultations with the central competent authority.
You need sufficient financial resources (at least NT$100,000 or its equivalent).
You need valid health insuranceto qualify for the entire duration of stay in the ROC (Taiwan).
You must be of good conduct.
