Applicant must have travel document validity of which should cover the
duration of the residence permit.
Applicant must have sufficient mean of subsistence to live in Cyprus.
Applicant must have place of accommodation in Cyprus.
Documents:
Visa application form, completed and signed.
Copies of job offer letter from an employer.
Duly certified original Medical Certificate accompanied by medical
examinations for Hepatitis B and C, AIDS, HIV, Syphilis and report of chest
x-ray for Tuberculosis.
Copies of work experience from previous employers.
Statement of financial responsibility for the applicant (individual or
sponsored).
Two recent colour photographs.
Receipt of payment of the application fees.
