permanent establishments are in a foreign country, and with whom you have
contracts.
Be able to work location-independently using telecommunications
technologies.

Completed digital application form.
Proof of fee payment: ANG 535, – or ± 294,- USD (fill the circle “Kort
Verblijf” for remote workers). You must upload the proof of payment
obtained from your transfer (online banking etc.) and fill in the required
information in the open fields.
Clear copy of the photo page of the applicant’s passport.
Medical/Health Insurance (incl. COVID-19 related requirements).
Completed Appendix D (proof of payment).
Proof of solvency: Recent declaration of assignment, if own company in the
country of origin or Recent employer declaration from an employer in the
country of origin or a recently certified copy of an employment contract.
