You must have proof of yellow fever vaccination.

Covering letter from School addressed to Immigration Department.
Identification card issued by institution of learning.
A letter of acceptance into the school program/Admission letter from
educational institution.
Payment slips.
Recent coloured passport size photos.
Proof of yellow fever vaccination.
Authorization letter jointly signed by parents or legal guardians approving
the minor to travel (in cases of students under eighteen years of age).
Copy of the entry visa.
