You must show sufficient funds for your residency in Tanzania.
You must show the evidence of accommodation.

Copy of passport authenticating nationality and validity of passport (all
pages).
Academic certificates and CV (if applicable).
Evidence of Place of Occupancy.
Evidence of retirement benefits and Letter of retirement.
Surrendering of previous Residence Permit.
Covering Letter from the applicant.
4 passport size photographs.
Residence Permit Data Sheet.
Any other necessary document as required by Commissioner General of
Immigration.
