You must have a valid passport/travel document.
You must be of good character and good health.
You need to be a head or a shareholder of a Lithuanian enterprise and the
par value of shares of the enterprise owned by you forms at least 1/3 of
the shares of the enterprise.
You minimum investment in the enterprise should be 14,000 Euros; the equity
of the enterprise should be no less than 28’000 EUR.
Citizens of Lithuania, another European Union Member State or a Member
State of the European Free Trade Association or aliens permanently residing
in Lithuania should be employed on full-time basis in the Lithuanian
enterprise and their monthly salaries (of all of them) should be no less
than twice (2x) the average monthly salaries in Lithuania.
The Lithuanian enterprise should be engaged in its activities for at least
6 last months prior to the application for issue a Residence Permit in
Lithuania.

Copy of passport bio page or travel document.
Document showing your shareholder rights in the enterprise.
Details of employees working in the enterprise such as working hours,
salary, tax details, etc.(all requirements should meet the Lithuanian
market standards).
Proof of your enterprise activities and engagement for a min. of 6 months
prior to application of residence permit.
Police clearance certificates.
