NJ CRM Extension is an internal operator tool. When an operator opens it on a
website, it processes that website’s domain to look up or maintain the matching
CRM company record. It also processes CRM company, lead, contact, note, and
follow-up data that the operator chooses to view or save.
The extension stores operator settings, the operator’s supplied work email,
selected lead, domain aliases, and short-lived CRM caches in Chrome local
storage. It sends CRM requests only to the approved NJ CRM API services over
HTTPS. It does not sell data, use data for advertising, or transmit data for a
purpose unrelated to CRM operations.
Authorized administrators may access CRM audit records for security, support,
and operational purposes. Data retention is controlled by NJ CRM policy and the
operator’s organization. To request access, correction, or support, contact the
NJ CRM administrator.
