3 photographs (3x4cm).
Original invitation letter from education institute.
Medical health certificate.
HIV/AIDS free certificate.
Proof of sufficient funds (bank statement, etc).
Official bank documents confirming full payment of tuition fees (for
students coming to Ukraine for the first time).
Complete Higher Secondary School Certificate (including mark sheet) or a
notarized copy.
All documents should be translated into Ukrainian.
