Applicant must have sufficient funds to cover the first year in Denmark. Applicant must play an active part in running the business, and your presence must be necessary to qualify for the establishment of the business.
Applicant must create an case order ID to qualify for the application and pay a fee to cover SIRI’s case processing expenses.
Applicant must pay the fee and submit application in the same calendar year.

passport’s front and back cover.
Application form SD1, completed and signed.
Approval Copy by the Danish Business Authority's panel of experts.
Financial documentation that you can support yourself during your stay in
Denmark.
Documentation of company ownership (if applicable).
Receipt of payment of fee.
