residence in Australia (for example: valid Australian residence visa).

National visa application form: the application forms must be filled in
duplicate, signed and dated.
Passport or travel document recognised by Spain with a minimum validity of
12 months.

stapled on the application form.
Statutory declaration explaining why you are requesting this visa, the
purpose, the place and length of your stay in Spain and any other reasons
you need to explain. This document must be presented in Spanish.
Proof of a source of regular income without having to engage in any
business or professional activity in Spain, for you and your family, where
applicable, for the requested period of residence and in the following
amounts.
Police Criminal Record clearance of every applicant over the age of 18
(cannot be older than 3 months from the date of application).
