You must have a valid resident permit on basis of work.
You must obtain a confirmation letter from your employer.
Your passport must be a valid one.
You must submit a covering letter to qualify for the intent of permanent residency.
You must have resided in Botswana for 10 years or beyond to be eligible.

Form 21, duly completed and signed by the applicant.
Fee of P500.00 (around $4320.30 USD) and receipt.
2 recent coloured passport sized photographs of the applicant.
If married, include the following: certified copy of marriage certificate
and certified copy of the birth certificate for children (as applicable).
Certified copy of Residence permit/Exemption certificate valid for at least
not less than 3 months.
Reference letter/confirmation of employment by the employer.
Covering letter/application letter from the applicant.
Certified copy of Passport.
