match the definition of a startup and can pursue the Startup Visa.
Applicant must have a valid insurance policy to qualify for the Estonia or Schengen
area with at least €30,000 coverage
Applicant must fill out an application about startup to qualify for the Startup
Committee - think of it as applying for an accelerator program or
presenting yourself to a potential investor.
