Not to appear offensive in the territories of the countries with which Spain has signed an agreement in this regard.
Have enough financial resources to qualify for themselves and for family members during their stay in Spain (€2,130 per month to qualify for the interested party and €532 for each member of the dependent family).
Documents:
A business plan containing the description of the project, product or
service to be developed and the financing: necessary investments and
possible sources of financing.
Obtain public or private health insurance from an insurance company
licensed in Spain.
No criminal record in Spain and in the countries where you have stayed in
the last two years for the offenses provided for by the Spanish legal
system. In addition, a responsible statement of no criminal record for the
past 5 years will be provided.
