Adam Guti\u00c3\u00a9rrez, an award-winning entrepreneur and investor, is recognized for his ability to apply emerging technology to solve pressing global issues. Based in Manhattan, New York, his journey began in 2008 when he co-engineered a portable water desalination device, winning Camp Biz Smart. In 2013, he received the National Gold Medal in the Scholastic Art &#038; Writing Awards at Carnegie Hall and participated in the competitive Quarter Zero startup accelerator hosted by Harvard Business School. An alumnus of New York University&#8217;s Tisch School of the Arts, Adam holds a BFA in Film &#038; TV Production, Writing &#038; Directing. He also studied Cinematography at the University of Southern California and Interactive Computing and Game Design at NYU&#8217;s ITP program. In 2018, he showcased his financial acumen by predicting the largest one-day market drop in history, resulting in a 5,000%&#038; gain. This success funded his debut film, a musical comedy that earned 15 awards and 18 nominations from festivals worldwide. Adam&#8217;s philanthropic spirit shone in 2021 when he rediscovered his lost Dogecoin wallet, which he had initially purchased during the early days of cryptocurrency. He pledged all proceeds to charity and causes beyond his personal interests. Passionate about innovative technology and social impact, he directs his investments towards companies and organizations with transformative potential. Currently, Adam serves as the Co-Managing Partner of Geoffrey Fund, an AI venture fund dedicated to investing in companies and technologies in the artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) space. With a team and advisory board at the forefront of the AI industry, Geoffrey Fund brings a wealth of experience and expertise to support cutting-edge innovations in the AI and ML ecosystem.
