Rajeev Singh-Molares is the co-founder of Alma Mundi Ventures and the Managing Partner of ALM Fund 1 and 2. He was CEO of DHL Global Forwarding EMA based in Basel, Switzerland. Previously he was also Executive Vice President of Alcatel-Lucent and President of the Asia-Pacific Region. In that role, he oversaw the company’s sales and operations in this region and was a member of the Alcatel-Lucent Management Committee. In addition, he ws the Vice-Chairman of Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell, the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Joint Venture with the Chinese government, and Vice-Chair of the World Economic Forum\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Telecom Industry Agenda Council 2010. Previously he was Chief Strategy Officer for Alcatel-Lucent, a global role that included defining and implementing the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s strategy including overall portfolio composition, growth initiatives, and transformation programs. Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent, Rajeev was a Senior Partner at the Monitor Group, a global professional services firm that combines strategy consulting and merchant banking. While at Monitor, in Cambridge, Massachusetts and London, he held several senior management positions responsible for client development and relationships, regional operations and consulting. Before that, Rajeev worked at Chemical Bank in the Banking and Corporate Finance Group, Latin America Division based in New York. He holds a Bachelor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service, and a Master\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s degree in International Affairs with a concentration in business from Yale University.<\/p>\n
