During his tenure, the company has scaled up it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s go to market, repackaged their core products, and developed a customer success motion that is leading to record renewal and expansion rates. Mr. Padgett was Chief Revenue Officer at Stripe, an online payment processing company, from February 2019 to April 2020. From 1996 to 2019, Mr. Padgett held several roles at Concur, the leading travel and expense management company, through their acquisition by SAP where he was President, Intelligent Spend Group (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur). Mr. Padgett serves on the Board of Directors of Freshworks, a customer engagement software business, and Duetto, a hotel revenue management business.
