He is associated with MNC companies in the management level and help frame the strategic decision making globally. Under his leadership Orange Corp manages assets valued more than US$ 24.7 Billion worldwide. He possesses great enthusiasm and has been a mentor, accelerator to emerging venture capitalists on one hand and motivator  cum groomer to the fashion industry on the other.
