Peter O. Crisp serves as an Advisor to the Rockefeller family. Crisp served as an Associate of the Rockefeller Family for 45 years. He was the Founder and Managing Partner of Venrock Associates. He served as the President of Venrock from May 1980 through March 1997 and as the Chairman from June 1995 through September 1997. Crisp has been a Member of the Board of Directors of U.S. Trust Corporation since 1992, Thermedics Inc. since 1983, ThermoTrex Corporation since 1991, and Thermo Power Corp. since 1985. He is serving as an Advisory Council Member of Knightsbridge vehicles since 1998 and is a Member of the Advisory Councils of KIH IV, KIH V, and KVC VI. Crisp serves as a Director of Acadia Risk Management, Inc., Thermo Electron Corporation, Evans & Sutherland Computer Corp., United States Trust Company, and Novacare, Inc., as well as along with many other public and private companies. He is the former Vice Chairman of Rockefeller Financial Services, Inc. Crisp also serves a Director of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Memorial Hospital for Cancer and Allied Diseases, The Teagle Foundation, Sloan-Kettering Institute for Cancer Research, and the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System. Crisp served as a Director of American Superconductor Corp. from 1987 to July 27, 2012. He is an American citizen.<\/p>\n
