He currently serves as a managing partner of Mays Family Enterprise, an investment firm, and as the CEO of Running M Capital, a private investment firm working primarily with entrepreneurs and technology developers. He has previously held positions at Goldman Sachs and Clear Channel Communications (now iHeartCommunications), where he spent more than 15 years in varied positions. While serving as President of Clear Channel, Mays was responsible for a team of 40,000&#038; workers, the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s international operations and strategy, and business development.
