Steven Vine has been Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and General Counsel of Zeta Interactive Corporation since 2013. Vine served as an EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT of Zeta Interactive Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at PulsePoint, Inc. (formerly Datran Media Corp). Vine was responsible for managing consumer privacy commitment as well as government and industry relations. Where he led PulsePoint through multiple acquisitions and the transformation of its business into a leading RTB and Content Marketing platform. He joined Datran Media from Register.com, where he served as Deputy General Counsel with responsibility for oversight of the legal department and industry relations. He also serviced as an active Leader in ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. Prior to Register.com, Vine served as a Corporate Associate at the law firm Kaye Scholer, LLP, where he managed mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and other general corporate matters.
