Ian sits on the board of Zattikka and eSeller within Notion\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s portfolio and focuses on the Consumer Services sector. Ian has a wealth of experience in corporate finance having led a number of transactions during his career. He is a qualified accountant and started his career at Ernst &#038; Young in their entrepreneurial services division where he worked with a wide range of early to mid-stage growth businesses. Ian joined MessageLabs in 2003 where he led transactions for both MessageLabs and Star covering financing and M&#038;A in both the UK and US markets. Additionally, Ian managed all aspects of tax, equity incentives and financing for the company.
