He manages many of the Firm\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s investment activities in the industrial, services, and information technology sectors and serves on the Firm\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Executive Management Committee overseeing HarbourVest\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s day-to-day operating activities and strategic direction.   Rob also continues to work with a number of the Firm\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s portfolio companies in a director capacity.  He is currently a director of Camstar Systems, Earth Networks, Kinaxis, and several other privately-held companies.   Rob has been responsible for more than 200 of HarbourVest\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s direct investments and has served as a director on approximately 50 of those companies\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 boards of directors.
