Jay Rosenzweig, the founding partner of Rosenzweig & Company, is an expert in designing, building and attracting world class teams and boards for his clients. He consults to a wide range of public and private companies including large global corporations; emerging growth to mid-sized businesses; professional services firms; and private equity and venture capital firms. Prior to joining the search industry, Jay was in the field of law. Jay earned three degrees at McGill University: Philosophy (B.A.), Civil Law (B.C.L.), and Common Law (LL.B.). In addition, he completed Roger Fisher\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Negotiation Program at Harvard Law School. Jay is a Strategic Partner with Los Angeles based Hyperloop Transportation, the next quantum step in mobility: sustainable, safe and super-fast transportation for all humans and all parts of the world. Jay is on the Advisory Boards of New York based Turnstile Live, a single, unified technology platform for all live events; New York based Hooch, the first ever members-only cocktail app; Los Angeles based Rallysong, a place for artists and fans to rally for important causes; and Ignited Network, a start-up music accelerator based in Los Angeles. Jay is active in non-profit and community work. He is on the Board of Governors of Mount Sinai Hospital, where he is Co-Chair of the Breast Cancer Cabinet. He is on the Board of the Canadian Jewish Public Affairs Committee (CJPAC), where he Chairs the Fundraising Committee. He is on the Board of UJA Genesis Centre For Innovation, where he focuses on nurturing emerging initiatives, providing career mentorship, and supporting innovation.<\/p>\n
