However, additional documentation such as company documents might be requested for this visa.This visa is issued to third-state citizens who are to travel to the Republic of Moldova for economic or commercial purposes, for contracts or negotiations, for checking the use and operation of goods acquired or sold under commercial and industrial co-operation contracts, as well as to third-state citizens who are or will become shareholders or stockholders of trading companies in the Republic of Moldova.The extension of the visa may take place only for the same purpose for which it was granted. The visa extension application shall be submitted to the competent authority for aliens at least 3 working days before the expiration of the term established in the visa.
