Sara Dickinson has more than 12 years of professional experience working with publicly and privately held technology companies in the software as a service (SaaS), healthcare, and professional and business services industries. She is an operationally-focused chief financial officer with well-rounded experience in corporate governance and compliance, executive-level operational management, and scaling businesses for growth and profitability. Sara began her career as an auditor with KPMG and her corporate work history includes an initial public offering, new market expansion, international reporting and restructuring, acquisition integration, corporate financing, strategic transformations, financial projections and modeling, SEC reporting, SOX implementation, key financial system and ERP implementation, finance function reengineering, and business process automation. As both a CFO and Consultant she has supported initial public offerings of technology companies led the successful turnaround of a software company and supported early-stage fundraising for more than 20 startups across various industries. She has a track record of success in building business infrastructure and leading large-scale growth and transformation initiatives. Her background has afforded her deep exposure to internal teams, Boards of Directors, and investor stakeholders on a global scale. She has also led strategic expansion programs into more than 20 international markets including Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, India, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. Sara holds a BA in Business (majors in accounting and finance; minors in economics and management information systems) from Washington State University, a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business, and a licensed CPA in the state of Washington since 2013
