Murray Bleach is the Non-Executive Director of Zanbato. He was with the Macquarie Group for over ten years from 1999 to 2009. During this time, he led the North American infrastructure business in pioneering success in the infrastructure sector. He played a leading role in a broad range of successful investments in toll roads, property, air services, water, energy, utilities, aged care and telecommunications, including landmark transactions such as the privatization of the Chicago Skyway and the acquisitions of Atlantic Aviation and Duquesne Light. Murray was also appointed head Head of North America and Director and Co-CEO of Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. and President of Macquarie Holdings (USA) Inc. In 2008, Murray returned to Australia as Global Head of Private Placements until his retirement from Macquarie in 2009. Murray has taken up a Non-executive Director role with Industry Funds Management as Chairman of its Board Investment Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for several infrastructure and energy companies.
