During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, Lew transformed Coach from a cottage-industry manufacturer of leather goods into a leading global, modern luxury accessories brand. Prior to joining Coach, Lew held various management roles in New York City government, culminating in the position of Commissioner of New York City’s Head Start and Day Care Programs.
