Jeff Snipes co-founded Ninth House, Inc. in 1996, and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Snipes served as President of Ninth House, Inc. since 1996. He has helped expand Ninth House's into the leading eLearning environment for organizational development that has grown to support over 45 Fortune 1000 customers and 230 employees nationwide. He worked most closely with customers' senior HR and OD leadership to design enterprise learning strategies that drive cultural change and accelerate employee development. Some of these clients include American Express, Citigroup, Ford, and the GAP. He co-founded Personnel Decisions International Corporation in 1967. He has an experience in teaching, multimedia, and business management. He first formalized the concept of a “learning network“ in 1996, while serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Interactive Media Solutions (IAM). Before joining IAM, he spent two years teaching in Madrid, where he leveraged accelerated learning techniques to coach senior executives on communicating their businesses to a global audience. Snipes earned a BA in Philosophy and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in 1989. He has participated in Executive MBA Programs at Stanford University, GSB from 2002 to 2003.
