TeamSystem, is the leading market provider of software and related value added services for SMEs and Professionals. Headquartered in Pesaro (Italy), the company has a diverse base of 200,000 customers. It has 42 offices in Italy and employs approximately 1900 people. Federico Leproux began his career in 1996 at Procter & Gamble holding different positions mainly in operations/product supply. He held positions as Production Unit Manager and Initiative Manager, Logistics. In 2002 he moved into management and strategy consulting. For the next two years he worked at Bain & Company where he managed projects in the automotive, retail and FMCG industries. In 2004 he joined McKinsey & Company where he led multiple projects in several sectors such as Energy, Private Equity, Directory Services and Retail. He moved to TeamSystem in 2007 as General Manager and in 2009 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the TeamSystem Group. Under his leadership TeamSystem has grown from 600 employees in 2006 to over 2000-headcount, with revenues increasing from 78M Euro to ca.330M Euro expected in 2017 and Ebitda from 20 to over 115M. During his period at TS he had the chance to work with several Private Equity funds as key shareholders (Bain Capital, Hg Capital and Hellman & Friedman). He is married and, as a young man, was a successful sportsman (sailing and rowing), becoming 3 times an Italian National Champion and Junior Rowing World Champion in 1988 (male coxless four). Mr Leproux has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome and he currently sits in the board of the MIP School of Management.
