He served at Giga Information Group, Inc. Mr. Goldstein served as a Director of Apple Computer, Inc until August 1997. He was Chairman of the Information Technology Foundation. Mr. Goldstein has founded and run software and services companies, and was a prominent figure in the computer industry trade association ADAPSO. He served as Director of SunGard Data Systems Inc. since 1994. He served as Director of ThruPoint, Inc since November 1998 and served as its Board Advisor. He served as Director of Enterprise Systems, Inc since March 1993. He served as Director of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc from 2001 to October 10, 2008. Mr. Goldstein served as Director of Broadview Associate from 1979 to 1996. He served as a director of Broadview from 1997 to 2002. He is a graduate of both the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
