Andrew Bursten Co-Founded and served as President of Coastal Telephone Company, a long distance telecommunications company in 1985, which was sold to IXC Communications in 1999 in a 9-figure transaction. Subsequently, Andy led the management committee of Cyrus Networks, LLC, aka CyrusOne, an enterprise-class provider of data center services, from its formation in 2000, to the successful sale to ABRY Partners in a 9-figure transaction in 2007. Andy is currently the Business Strategies Partner for BFLP, managing a portfolio of investments, which includes private equity as well as interaction with investment bankers and portfolio managers. Andy has been a Director at Summer Energy Holdings, Inc. since June 4, 2013. He is the current President of the Board of Trustees and on the Executive Committee for The Emery Weiner School and a former Executive Committee member and Advisory Board member for the Holocaust Museum Houston. He has also served on the Boards of The Alley Theater, Bellaire Little League, The Fay School, Congregation Emanu El and The Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center.
