You must have a valid passport/travel document.
You must have a valid employment contract.
You must obtain a work permit through the employer before applying for
resident permit.
You must obtain a Non-Citizen ID card at the NIA office Accra.
You must be of good health and willing to undergo medical test in Ghana.

Tax Clearance Certificate (for existing companies).
Business Registration Documents – certificate of incorporation, certificate
of commencement of business, company regulations, form 3&4, (if applicable).
Letter of employment / Contract
Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) Certificate (if registered).
Letter of support from Ministry, Department or Agency (if required).
Educational and Professional Certificates and resume (CV).
Police Clearance Certificate from employee’s country of origin or current
residence.
Passport & residence permit copy of employer.
Medical Report.
Non-Citizen ID card.
